Although Incorp advertises on Free Register Agent.com they are not and and they claim they dont offer trials. They make it difficult to cancel after the one year trial period and will not refund your money. The terms are not clear. They told me in order to cancel I had to show proof that I changed the Registed Agent with the state which took time. When I completed it they said the grace period ended and they would not refund in filed a BBB
